William is a director whose work spans commercials, television and feature films.

He has developed a distinctive style that puts his passion for performance into cinematic fantasy worlds and the fantastical into everyday environments.

His commercial work has seen him work with a portfolio of iconic brands such as Google, Harry Potter, Ford, Energizer and Pepsi, as recognised by Cannes Lions.

William has also directed some of the most significant high-end TV dramas of recent years; His Dark Materials, Poldark and One of Us, have all won critical acclaim. Most recently William directed the number one Netflix hit series Lockwood & Co, working with executive producer Edgar Wright.

His feature film debut ‘Gwen’ premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival, winning two BAFTAs at The British Academy Cymru Awards. William has two further features in development.
