Danielle Oexmann is an award winning filmmaker who uses documentary, narrative and experimental filmmaking techniques to share perspectives on the female experience, women’s issues, social justice, youth culture, and futurism. She’s directed documentaries for brands such as Red Bull Music, Google, Square Cash, Vice, Flaunt Magazine, Garage Magazine, Resy, Loom, The Art of Shaving, and Ceylon.
Danielle directed and hosted two seasons of an animated podcast for Chromebook called The Adulthood in which she interviewed climate justice activists, musicians, and athletes about topics such as mental health, identity, and climate change. Her work has been shown around the world at festivals including Sundance, Cannes, SXSW, Telluride, and LAFF. She has produced projects in collaboration with The Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles Dance Project, Mark Bradford, and The Creator’s Project. She is a member of the The Guild of Future Architects.
